[There’s someone that I’ve been spending a lot of time talking with. That person and I have mutually agreed to take things slowly, building trust and establishing a solid foundation to see where things go.
It’s a state that isn’t NRE. It’s a state that isn’t building a dynamic. Instead, it’s a time of learning, discovery, exchange and development.
Learning about one another. Learning likes, dislikes, history, wants, needs, limits, boundaries and as much as we can about one another.
Discovering more and more about one another. Discovering how much we have in common, how many differences we have.
Exchanging thoughts, ideas, stories, flirting, fun and silliness.
Developing trust in one another, a relationship that may lead to a dynamic, a partnership.
All of this is happening through communication. Honest, open and real communication. I don’t think that you can build any of this without being committed to communicating with one another. Keeping the communication going is something that I will do my best to make sure that never stops.
So if you catch me being a little goofy, wandering around with a smile on my face, you know why.
And no, I’m not going to tell you.
